• WhatsApp — +91-8056686440
• Support hours — Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM IST

2. Signing in

• Which login do I use? Use the email address or mobile number your company registered for you, with the password HR shared.
• Forgot your password? Choose Forgot Password on the login screen and follow the link sent to your registered email. HR can also reset it for you.
• "User not found" means your account has not been created or your email or mobile number is different. Check with HR.
• Account inactive — your company may have deactivated or relieved your account. Contact HR to restore access.

3. Check-in and check-out

• Allow location access. The app checks that you are inside your approved work location before you check in. Turn on location services and allow TST HRMS to use your location.
• "Outside the allowed area" — move closer to your work place and try again. Indoors, GPS can take a few seconds to settle. If your work location is set wrongly, ask HR to update it.
• Allow camera access if your company requires a selfie at check-in.
• Forgot to check in or out? Raise an attendance correction request from the app so your manager can approve it.
• Breaks — start and end breaks from the attendance screen so your working hours are calculated correctly.

4. Leave, payslips and requests

• Leave and permission — apply from the Leave screen. Your available balance is shown before you submit, and you are notified when your manager approves or rejects it.
• Payslips — open Salary to view and download the payslip for any month after HR has processed payroll.
• Loans and salary advance — submit requests from the app and track their status and repayments.
• Help desk — raise a ticket from the app to reach HR and follow the replies in one place.

5. Notifications

TST HRMS sends alerts for approvals, announcements and events. If you are not receiving them, allow notifications for the app in your phone's settings, keep the app updated, and sign out and in again.

6. Your account and data

• Delete your account — use Delete Account in your profile in the app, or email us from your registered email address. Because your account is created by your employer, we confirm the request with your company before the account is removed.
• Correct your details — update your profile in the app, or ask HR to correct records they manage.
• See our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions for how your data is handled.

7. Reporting a problem

To help us fix an issue quickly, include the following when you contact us:

• Your company name and registered email or mobile number
• Your phone model, operating system version and app version
• What you were doing, what happened, and a screenshot if possible
